The game has no sound. What can I do?

Check that your device is not muted and that the volume is turned up. Ball World also respects other audio playing on your device.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Ball World is fully playable offline. An internet connection may only be needed for App Store features such as purchases or restoring purchases.

How do I unlock the full game?

Use the "Unlock full game" button in the app. This unlocks all available worlds.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Use the "Restore purchase" button in the app. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The game does not fit my screen correctly.

Ball World is designed to show the full gameplay area on screen. On some devices, small borders may appear so that the full level remains visible.

My progress is missing.

Progress is stored locally on your device. If the app is deleted or installed on another device, progress may not be available.
